“L’opera della copertina ha un titolo evocativo che ci riporta nella profondità del mare. Arcano Blu. Vediamo un’infinità di colori sulle tonalità del blu intenso, del blu oltremare, del blu di Prussia, del verde smeraldo e poi, an-che, piccoli lampi di luce dorata. Tutto si amalgama, si sovrappone, i colori si stratificano sino a lasciare lunghe stria-ture, richiamando così i riverberi del sole sull’acqua e dove si possono rive. lare anche ombre di misteriose forme organiche, ricordi lontani di spaventosi animali marini. Il mare come qualcosa di oscuro, anche inquietante, ma sempre vitale. Mare come fonte di energia, qualcosa che custodisce un universo di attraenti segreti. Lara Ilaria Braconi (Milano, 1992) ha realizzato per «la Lettu-ra» questo dipinto che si inserisce nella sua giovane storia di artista al confine tra astrazione e figurazione: dipinge a olio tele di grandi dimensioni che taivol-ta ritaglia e riassembla, costruendo così nuove opere quasi fossero installazioni scultoree. Opere come ricostruzione, indagine interiore, pratica di ricerca nel profondo dell’inconscio. “The artwork on the cover has an evocative title that takes us back to the depths of the sea. Arcano Blu (Mysterious Blue). There is a vast array of colors including deep blue, ultramarine, Prussian blue, emerald green, and small flashes of gold light. Everything blends, overlaps, the colors stratify to leave long streaks, thus recalling the glares of the sun on the water and where you can banks. even shadows of mysterious organic forms, distant memories of frightening marine animals. The sea as something dark, even disturbing, but always vital. Sea as a source of energy, something that holds a universe of attractive secrets. This painting by Lara Ilaria Braconi (Milan, 1992) represents her young career as an artist on the border between abstraction and figuration. She paints large canvases and then cuts and reassembles them, creating new works that look like sculptural installations. Works such as reconstruction, inner investigation, research practice deep in the unconscious.
